Bike Training
During the Winter ‘down months’ the Club organises online training using the Zwift Platform. We aim to offer two rides a week: a Monday ‘recovery’ ride at 7pm and a Thursday harder training session from 6pm.
Both rides should last about an hour. The meet-ups also use the Club’s dedicated Discord account, so those with non-smart trainers can still join with the Ride Leader/Coach calling out the changes in perceived exertion.
Regular session times
- Monday recovery ride (Zwift) – 7:00pm, online
- Thursday training session (Zwift) – from 6:00pm, online
- Weekend group rides – typically April to October; see the Facebook group for routes and start times
